The Annual Report for April 01, 2021 to March 31, 2022 is here!

In 2021-22, we started to heal and recover from the losses caused by the pandemic, even as we continued to brace ourselves against the danger of another wave. Slowly and steadily we adjusted to our realities and continued to implement projects and support the field as best as we could. From the 1000+ proposals received and evaluated at various levels, we implemented 52 projects that explored a range of themes and concerns in the arts and culture across multiple disciplines and geographical locations. Besides the expected explorations into uncharted territories and ignored narratives, the projects we implemented also included questions of ecological degradation, discriminations based on identity, and building safe environments for practising the arts. We are happy to present this report that is a testament to the resilience and courage of the arts sector in the most difficult of times.
